Once you have made your selection from the properties on offer according to your criteria, we will assist you (if necessary) in choosing your hotel, booking your flight tickets so that you can come to Málaga airport and make the visits in complete comfort and confidence with one of our agents.
2. GUIDE & ADVICE
During the visits, our agent will take the opportunity to introduce you to each of the regions through which you will pass, the advantages, disadvantages, places to see, etc…. while of course letting you fully enjoy your stay in Costa del Sol.

4. LEGAL ADVICE
As soon as you have chosen the property that interests you, our team will put you in contact with our lawyer and legal manager, who of course speaks French. He or she will take the time to explain in detail how to start the purchasing process.
5. BANKS AND FINANCING
We will accompany you throughout the purchasing process in order to establish a banking relationship with the organization of your choice. If you need funding, we will help you to prepare your application.
6. ADMINISTRATION
We will help you to obtain all the necessary administrative documents for the purchase and acquisition of your property (apartment, villa, house…) in Costa del Sol (Marbella, Estepona, Torremolinos…).
7. NOTARY
We will also accompany you to the notary for the various necessary signatures (powers, deeds, opening of electricity meters, water, internet…) to conclude the purchase of the chosen property.
8. SIGNATURE
Finally, when the purchase contract is definitively signed and the keys to your property are handed over to Costa del Sol, we will personally accompany you in order to translate the notarial deed.
